User Agreement Request

All organisations seeking a project with the Smart Manufacturing Data Hub are required to have a User Agreement in place. 

Agreements for new companies are normally issued within 72 working hours.  In the case of user agreement  renewal requests the agreement will be issued  prior to expiry of current agreement. The user agreement can be signed electronically by the legal signatory for the participating organsiation. You can view an example agreement here.

You must have an existing account on the manufacturing data exchange platform (register here) and this account will be assigned as the account responsible for administering your organisation. This account email can be different from the legal signatory of the agreement.
