Over the past 12 months, the initiative has been instrumental in halving the average time-to-value for clients—from 6 months to just 3 months—proving the power of targeted digital adoption in the SME manufacturing sector. At the heart of the project, the DynamxMFG platform has provided tailored support for factories, offering real-time data insights through SMDH client dashboards. The early use of these  dashboards have not only streamlined key data capture points but also improved processes directly on the shop floor. The proactive use of this data has been critical in informing production decisions and guiding operations, ultimately driving efficiency and reducing waste. While this is at an early stage, the value of these increases as more data is driven through direct connection from DynamxMFG and the MDEP platform. Since the launch of the Lighthouse Project, participating factories have reported a marked improvement in their digital maturity. By adopting the DynamxMFG platform, these manufacturers have been empowered to increase transparency within their operations and establish a data-driven approach that enhances decision-making and productivity. This acceleration in digital readiness highlights the role of the Lighthouse Project as a catalyst for technological evolution in the manufacturing industry.
